Vivant Avocats <\/b>is an employment law firm. For thirty years now, we intervene in strategy and consultancy for the social aspects of company restructuring and transformation. <\/span><\/p>\n

The combination of our pragmatic approach and our extensive knowledge of companies, employment law, and employer-employee relations has resulted in a creative practice, often directly involved in company negotiations. Our team includes former judges and magistrates from the French Court of Cassation\u2019s employment chamber, thus ensuring our firm\u2019s technical excellence and establishing our legitimacy, recognised by trade unions and the legal system alike. <\/span><\/p>\n

We\u2019re highly familiar with the business world; our firm understands the issues and is able to make its voice heard in high-risk litigation. <\/span><\/p>\n

Vivant Avocats is also the embodiment of a vision: providing an innovative service that encompasses every aspect of employment law, enabling us to provide our clients with a full-service offering delivered by \u2018task forces\u2019 made up of professional business experts that we coordinate as a team. We\u2019re also the founders of the Alliance Transformation France network, with partners in the fields of crisis management, quality of employment relations, training, CSR, institutional relations, HR management, human resource redeployment support, and compensation strategy \u2013 a rich tapestry of creative sources.<\/span><\/p>\n
