With over thirty years’ experience in transformations, Antoine is a strategy and employment relations consultant to French and multinational companies and groups in a wide range of sectors, helping them address the workforce challenges entailed in structural changes (restructuring, transformation, reorganisation, etc.).

In addition, Antoine assists his clients with corporate transactions (takeover bids, M&A, concentration, etc.), HR policy implementation (extended working hours, career management, mobility, training, etc.), and compensation policy (employee savings and shareholding schemes, executive officer status, etc.).

Antoine also supports his clients in complex collective bargaining litigation, as well as in criminal litigation as required.

He is a member of the IBA (International Bar Association) and EELA (European Employment Lawyers Association).

Before founding Vivant Avocats, Antoine was a partner at Barthélémy, created the employment law department at Eversheds Sutherland in Paris, and co-founded Cotty Vivant.

Antoine is ranked as a Legal 500 Grand avocat du marché and has been awarded an individual distinction by Chambers and Partners.

Corinne Baron-Charbonnier has been practising employment law for 20 years, advising and litigating on behalf of national and transnational companies and groups.

Her practice covers all aspects of corporate social organisation (staff representation, collective bargaining, organisation of working time, remuneration, employee savings and share ownership schemes, restructuring with or without collective redundancies) and social security law.

In particular, she has recognised experience in managing complex collective labour disputes between companies and their trade unions, and in employee representative bodies when they are set up as part of the transformation into a European company. She also provides comprehensive support to companies during URSSAF audits.

Corinne holds a master’s degree in employment law (1999 – Valedictorian) and a postgraduate diploma (DEA) in employment law (2000) from the University of Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne. She was previously Counsel at CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats.

Pauline graduated from the ‘Science Po’ law school in Paris and has been an attorney since 2016.

She began her career working in Antoine Vivant’s team before joining Vivant Avocats.

She has developed specialist expertise in CSR and the roll-out of compliance policies in the field of social relations. She assists the practice’s clients as they manage employment and labour relations.

Pauline is a member of AvoSial.

Jean Chauviré

Scientific advisor

Jean Chauviré is a consultant to the practice. He has worked as a magistrate, notably for the French Court of Cassation’s employment chamber.

He contributes to the development of the firm’s doctrine and provides specialist technical expertise, in particular for major, high-risk litigation.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in January 2017, Sarah Haouchine advises French and foreign companies and their management on various individual and collective law topics. In particular, she intervenes in collective negotiations, restructuring operations, collective redundancies, transfer of business and employees’ international mobility.

She also handles individual litigations before the Labor Courts and the Courts of appeal.

Prior to joining Vivant Avocats, Sarah worked as an associate at LPA Law, EY Société d’Avocats and Ogletree Deakins.

Sarah is involved in French (Avosial) and international associations (International Employment Lawyers Association) and speaks English.

Judith Rameau is a lawyer since January 2019.

She advises French and international companies of all sizes, both in consulting and litigation, on issues relating to individual and collective labor relations.

A graduate of the Master 2 DPRT (Droit et Pratique des Relations de Travail) at the University of Montpellier, Judith was previously an associate at Capstan.

Antony is a lawyer since February 2019.
He advises and litigates with French and international companies of all sizes on issues relating to individual and collective labour relations and social protection before the Labour Court, the Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeal.
Antony holds a Master 2 in Employment Law from the University of Paris 1 – Panthéon Sorbonne, and was previously an employee in a general practice law firm, enabling him to apply cross-disciplinary concepts to the benefit of an ever-changing employment law.
